Tonic are recruiting for a Head Chef based at our client’s B&I contract catering operation in London. You will be creating fresh, on trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and hospitality throughout the day. You must have a true passion for food, with experience of delivering an excellent retail offering plus hospitality to the highest level.
Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as Sous Chef or higher within B&I contract catering
- Experience within fine dining restaurants is essential
- A real team player, who enjoys motivating and developing their team
- Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
