Tonic are searching for a Head Chef to oversee the back-of-house operations at our client’s multi-outlet venue in Cambridge. The role offers an excellent variation from staff dining to corporate hospitality and our client is looking for a Head Chef who wants to push the standards and create fantastic fresh food menus.

What are we looking for from the successful Head Chef…

  • Experience in quality, fresh food, fast-paced operations, cooking to volume
  • Time spent within venues, stadium catering or large C&B operations is highly desirable
  • Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • Expert knowledge of Health and Safety, and Food Safety legislation
