Tonic are assisting our client’s search for a head chef to lead the brigade at their stunning gastro pub in Rhoscolyn, on the Isle of Anglesey. Basic salary £40,000 – £45,000

What are we looking for in the successful Head Chef?
Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen – this could be as sous or head chef
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
A passion for food and cooking that is infectious, inspiring others to improve
Someone who is willing to be flexible and think outside the box to problem solve
