Tonic are searching for a Head Pastry Chef to join our client’s business overseeing all pastry production at their state-of-the-art sports stadium. Our client is a global leader in stadium hospitality and is therefore looking for the best of the best. The successful Head Pastry Chef will plan, facilitate and implement a Pastry offer that delivers a premium experience on match and non-match days, ensuring operational quality and excellence is maintained, to the agreed service level whilst delivering profitability to budget.

Desirable qualities in Head Pastry Chef applicants at this level –
  • 10 or more year’s experience in a professional kitchen or an NVQ or equivalent level pastry qualification
  • Expert knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
  • Drive, ambition and commitment to your career
  • Loyalty in previous positions
  • 3 Rosette / Michelin and large volume catering experience is essential
