Tonic are recruiting a Hospitality Head Chef based at one of our client’s high-end B&I contract catering operations in London. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on trend menu choices for both meetings and fine dining throughout the day. You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability and be able to deliver fine dining hospitality to the highest level.
Essential qualities for Hospitality Head Chef applicants to be considered:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as Head or Executive Chef within high-end hospitality B&I
- Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 3 rosette is highly desirable
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavors, and food design
- A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
