Tonic are recruiting for a Hospitality Head Chef based at one of our client’s B&I contract catering operations in London. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on trend menu choices for meetings, events and fine dining hospitality.
Essential qualities for Hospitality Head Chef applicants to be considered:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a contract catering hospitality kitchen
Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 3 rosette is essential
An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavors, and food design
A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
