Tonic are recruiting for a Lead Chef for our client’s high-quality operation in Birmingham City Centre. The ideal Chef candidate will have a good mix of fresh food experience whether that be restaurants, hotels or events. Working with the F&B manager on site, the Lead Chef will oversee a small team to deliver a selection of menu choices for the venue.
Essential qualities for Lead Chef applicants to be considered:
- 2+ years of Senior Chef experience within restaurants, venues, hotels, and/or event catering
- A confident leader of people, with the ability to build strong working relationships
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
- A chef who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
