Operations Chef – Quick Service / Casual Restaurant group – £50k + car, laptop, mobile & benefits -Midlands & Bristol 

• Operations Chef / Head of Kitchen operations for a growing QSR/casual restaurant group 
• Basic salary – £50,000

• This is a hands-on Operations role overseeing all kitchen operations and managing the whole BOH team across the organisation 

The successful operations chef / head of kitchen operations will – 

• Have a branded restaurant kitchen background, it is vital that you understand how the larger restaurant groups operate successfully
• NOT necessarily have worked multi-site/operations previously. Our client will look at someone who has successfully managed one large kitchen team 
• Show loyalty on their CV to date 
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and will be willing to go the extra mile for the business
