Operations Manager – Quick Service / Casual Restaurant group – £50,000 + car, laptop, mobile & benefits – Midlands & Bristol 

• Operations manager / head of front of house operations for a growing QSR/casual restaurant group 
• Basic salary – £50,000

• This is a hands-on operations management / multi-site management role overseeing all operations and managing the whole FOH team across the organisation 

The successful operations manager / multi-site manager will – 

• Have a branded restaurant background, it is vital that you understand how the larger restaurant groups operate successfully
• NOT necessarily have worked multi-site/operations previously. Our client will look at someone who has successfully managed one large restaurant team 
• Show loyalty on their CV to date 
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and will be willing to go the extra mile for the business
