Operations Manager

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: £70,000-80,000

Tonic are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our clients range of beautiful countryside Gastropubs. You will ideally be an experienced Multi-site Manager already or at least held a GM role for 3 years plus in a similar food-led venue. We want candidates with energy, enthusiasm, a passion for great service, and a winning smile who are not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when necessary.

• Experience at Operations / Multi-site Manager level
• You will have managed a large team of at least 50 people
• Adept at managing and understanding financial data
• You have drive and ambition
• You know how to bring out the best in your teams and lead them to success
• You are a natural people person who understands ‘true hospitality’
• You have high levels of emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Ideally WSET level 2 with merit
• The ideal candidate will be located in the Cheltenham or Gloucestershire area
