Tonic are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join our clients high profile B&I contract catering site in Paddington. Our client is looking for a talented Pastry Chef to oversee breakfast, lunch and hospitality. You’ll lead in the preparation and baking of pastries, baked goods, canapes and other desserts across staff dining and high-end hospitality. As Pastry chef you’ll be creative in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and concepts.

What we are looking for in Pastry Chef candidates:

• Ideally you’ll have previous experience at 3 rosette level and above
• Experience within B&I Contract catering is highly desirable
• Display a real passion for food and innovation
• A team player with strong customer service skills
• Compliant in Food Hygiene and Food Safety
