Tonic are recruiting for a Pastry Chef at our client’s market-leading, luxury hotels in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a natural passion and flair for pastry with an opportunity to create a memorable experience by using the finest ingredients. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 5.

Desirable qualities in pastry chef applicants at this level will include;

  • 3 or more year’s experience in a professional kitchen or an NVQ or equivalent level pastry qualification
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
  • Drive, ambition and commitment to your career, candidates who see the long-term opportunity in this business will get there the quickest
  • Experience working in a large-volume environment, producing food products in numbers of 100+ per run
  • 2 Rosette / Michelin experience is desirable
