Tonic are looking for an ambitious People and Training Manager to work from their client’s brand new site in Birmingham. The client is an award-winning, multi-concept operator delivering world-class food, drink and entertainment. This is an ideal role for a current Training / Learning and Development Manager who would like to help take their people to the next level whilst growing their own level of expertise. This role will involve all aspects of people from leading a world-class recruitment journey, creating, building on and delivering industry-leading training programmes, ensuring the people are well looked after with rewards and lots of recognition and working collaboratively with the central People Team to achieve our clients’ dreams! With more venues in the pipeline, the room for progression is infinite.
