Regional Guest Services Manager (North, Scotland & Belfast) – £45,000 + bonus & benefits – Monday to Friday role

The successful Regional Guest Services Manager will be an experienced senior leader who has managed at least 20 people within a corporate/five-star hospitality environment. Front office/reception experience is essential. They will have an inspirational and motivational character and relish the opportunity to support and develop their people.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will also be essential to the successful Regional Guest services Manager, as they will need to be confident in creating and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders, whilst taking ownership for delivering projects in a busy and ever-changing environment.
