Restaurant & Bar Manager – £50,000 plus tips and benefits – Boutique Hotel – Bath – Fine Dining – Michelin/Multi-rosette level 

We’re recruiting for an exceptional Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead a high-end fine dining restaurant and bar within a boutique hotel environment. This role is suited to professionals who have operated at the highest level of hospitality and are confident overseeing restaurant, bar and wine service to exacting standards. The Restaurant and Bar Manager role is – 

• Full responsibility for the restaurant, bar and wine program 
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of approx 14
• Maintain and drive Michelin / multi-rosette service standards on the floor & bar
• Hands-on leadership within a refined, service-led operation
• 48 hours per week

What experience are we looking for in the restaurant and bar manager candidate? 

• Background in multi-rosette restaurants
• Ideally, a Michelin-star experience (or equivalent)
• Strong bar and wine knowledge — WSET Level 2 desirable
• Proven experience leading teams in premium hospitality environments
• Calm, polished and detail-focused leadership style
