Tonic are recruiting a Restaurant & Bar Manager based at our client’s stunning luxury focused city centre hotel. You will be responsible for all operations across this multi outlet hotel and support the GM to continue the outstanding service delivery throughout this beautiful property. You must have a true passion for hospitality and be able to deliver standards to the highest level.

Essential qualities for the Restaurant & Bar Manager applicants to be considered:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as F&B Manager or Restaurant & Bars Manager
• Experience within high end dining restaurants is desirable
• An expert knowledge/passion for high end hospitality
• A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
