Tonic are searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our client’s award-winning restaurant in Cambridge. As Restaurant Manager, oversee a high-quality restaurant operation, alongside a small team of front of house staff. The restaurant is built around using the freshest and finest ingredients that are available.

To be considered for the Restaurant Manager position:

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor within an accoladed restaurant
• Passion and enthusiasm 
• WSET qualification (ideally)
• Good management skills – recruiting, training and developing your team
