Tonic are searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our client’s quality hotel in Kidderminster. As Restaurant Manager, you will report to the General Manager to help oversee a high-quality restaurant operation, alongside a small team of front of house staff. The restaurant is built around using the freshest and finest ingredients that are available.

To be considered for the Restaurant Manager position:

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor within a quality restaurant
• Passion and enthusiasm 
• WSET qualification (ideally)
• Good management skills – recruiting, training and developing your team
