Restaurant General Manager – Solihull – £35,000 plus TRONC

What we are looking for in the successful Restaurant General Manager?

• Management/supervisory experience within a quality food and beverage businesses (ideally Michelin/Rosette)
• A natural passion for food, wine and service 
• A loyal and trustworthy individual who has shown clear stable progression throughout their career
• A team player who creates strong relationships with their team and guests is vital to this role
• Knowledge of BOH systems, payroll and P&L management is desirable but not essential – it could be taught to someone with the right experience in other areas
