Tonic are searching for a Senior Sous Chef to join our client’s new restaurant and bar in Birmingham. The Senior sous chef will work alongside the Head Chef and General Manager to deliver a first-class food and beverage offering. The kitchen team will use fresh ingredients to create the menus and you’ll play a key role within the business.

To be considered for the Senior Sous Chef role:

  • You must already be a Sous Chef ready for the next step
  • Experience with cooking within fresh food restaurants
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef
  • A people person, able to train and develop the junior team members
  • Clear stable career progression shown on your CV
  • A positive, can-do attitude, able to work under pressure
