Tonic are searching for a Senior Sous Chef to join our client’s business in North Berkshire. The Senior sous chef will work alongside the Head Chef and General Manager to deliver a fresh food and beverage offering. This venue operates 7 days a week but does offer some work-life balance due to the nature of the operation. The kitchen team use fresh ingredients to create menus for multiple outlets.

To be considered for the Senior Sous Chef role:

  • You must already be a Sous Chef ready for their next step
  • Experience with cooking for restaurant, conference and events
  • A background in hotels and or conference venues would be desirable
  • A people person, able to train and develop the junior team members
  • Clear stable career progression shown on your CV
  • A positive, can-do attitude, able to work under pressure
