Sommelier – £28,000 plus Tronc £6000-7000 per year – Good Work-Life Balance, Birmingham City

Tonic are searching for a Sommelier to join our client’s fine dining restaurant in Birmingham City Centre. As Sommelier, you will work alongside the Chef-owner who will offer you training, support and mentorship. 

What are we looking for from the successful Sommelier candidate? 

• As Sommelier, you will be able to demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
• A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is key
• You must love food and wine 
• You will have previous experience working with a tasting menu
