The business is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients with a menu that changes daily with the seasons. The ideal Sous Chef will be comfortable leading from the front, delivering a first-class food offering.

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • 2 years of Sous Chef experience within fresh food restaurants
