Tonic are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our client’s fresh food restaurant near Sutton Coldfield. The menu offers modern, casual dining with a real focus on quality. You’ll need experience within high-volume restaurants, managing large teams and overseeing busy services! As Sous Chef you’ll be the heartbeat of the kitchen, supporting, training and developing the junior chefs.
