Salary: Up to £32,000 plus bonus

Tonic are searching for a Sous Chef for our client’s beautiful, luxury-focused hotel in the northwest. Our client requires a sous chef to help lead and guide the brigade across this large hotel with multiple kitchens and outlets. The ideal sous chef candidate will have a natural passion and flair for food.

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • Experience of delivering high quality restaurant focused food as a Sous Chef
  • Min 3 years’ experience at Head Chef level in a professional fresh food kitchen at a minimum 2 rosette level
  • An expert knowledge and passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours and food design.
  • Expert knowledge of Health and Safety, and Food Safety legislation
  • Drive, ambition and commitment to your career
  • Full UK Driving License
