  • Salary Package of £40,000 per annum made up of basic salary and guaranteed TRONC
  • Working with and learning under an inspirational Head Chef
  • 4.5 working days (Sunday, Monday and another half-day off)

Desirable qualities in Sous Chef applicants at this level will include;

  • 3 or more year’s experience in a professional kitchen with AT LEAST TWO ROSETTES at Chef de Partie/Sous level
  • A team player who is comfortable supporting the senior team
  • A true passion for food, ingredients and current trends
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
  • Drive, ambition, and commitment to your career
