Tonic are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our client’s fresh food restaurant in West London. This very busy, all-day dining restaurant provides fresh, seasonal menus in a relaxed and friendly environment. As Sous Chef you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a large kitchen team with support from the Head Chef

What we are looking for in the right Sous Chef candidate:

  • Current Sous Chef experience within busy, fresh food kitchens is essential
  • Experience of managing a kitchen brigade of 20+
  • A team player who can motivate and drive the operation
  • Sous Chef looking to take their career to the next level
  • Clear stable progression shown throughout your CV
