Tonic are recruiting for a Sous Chef to be based at one of our client’s independent education contract catering operations in Surrey. You will work in the heart of the catering team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, and lunch for 300 covers throughout the day. 

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience at Sous Chef level
  • Clear stable progression and loyalty must be shown on your CV
  • Experience within a contract catering operation is desirable
  • Good knowledge of ingredients, food trends, and allergies
  • A real team player, who enjoys supporting others around them
