Tonic are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to join our client’s multi-outlet operation in Warwickshire. In this role as Sous Chef, you’ll work with the team on-site to create and serve amazing fresh food menus. If you are flexible, driven, and passionate about using the best ingredients to deliver the best possible meals, then this role could be for you.

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience within contract catering, restaurants, hotels, and/or gastropubs
  • Have an understanding of food safety and hygiene
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • A good knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
