Tonic are recruiting a Sous Chef based at one of our client’s B&I contract catering operations in the City of London. You will be creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day.

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as Sous Chef within good quality kitchens
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 2 rosette is essential
  • A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
