Tonic are recruiting a Sous Chef based at one of our client’s high-quality B&I contract catering operation in Solihull. You will create innovative menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day. You must be comfortable cooking fresh, innovative menus for both staff dining and high-end hospitality!

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience as Sous Chef within B&I contract catering is desirable
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 2 rosette is essential
  • A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • Good length of service and loyalty must be shown throughout your CV
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
