Tonic are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to to join our clients multi-outlet venue in Birmingham. In this role as Sous Chef, you’ll work with the team on site to create and deliver amazing fresh food menus for a range of conferences and events. If you are flexible, driven, and passionate about using the best ingredients to deliver the best possible meals, then this role could be for you.
Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience within contract catering, restaurants and/or hotels
- Have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- A good knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavors, and food design
- Clear stable progression and loyalty to previous employers must be shown throughout your CV
