Tonic are recruiting a Sous Chef based at one of our client’s stunning luxury cotswold hotel operation. You will be working within a fast paced, quality driven kitchen and producing 2/3 rosette level food. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to deliver standards to the highest level.

Essential qualities for CDP applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior cdp/Sous Chef
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants at a minimum 2 rosette is desirable
  • An expert knowledge/passion for high end hospitality
  • A real team player, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
