Tonic are recruiting a Sous Chef for our clients renowned private members club & events space in Birmingham. You will be part of the kitchen team that ensures every member receives an exceptional dining experience whenever they visit.

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as Sous Chef in fresh food kitchens
  • A team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • Ability to communicate effectively to your team
  • Food Hygiene Level 3
