Tonic are recruiting a Sous Chef for our client’s B&I contract catering site in Westminster. You’ll work alongside a team of 6 chefs, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for both retail and hospitality. As Sous Chef you must be passionate about sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and comfortable catering for large numbers.

Essential qualities for Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 1 year of B&I retail experience at Sous Chef level
  • A strong knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A Sous Chef who enjoys being the team leader, developing others around them
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
