Tonic are searching for a Sous Chef to join our client’s fine dining restaurant in Birmingham City Centre. As Sous Chef you will work alongside the Chef-owner who will offer you training, support and mentorship. 

What are we looking for from the successful Sous Chef candidate? 

  • As Sous Chef, you will be able to demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is key
  • You will have previous experience working with a tasting menu 
  • This Sous Chef opportunity would suit someone who is already in a similar role or looking for a step up from a junior chef position
