Tonic are searching for a Sous Chef to help oversee a fantastic restaurant & retail food business in Birmingham. The client is looking for a Sous Chef who is interested in sustainability, sourcing fresh local ingredients to create simple classic plates in a restaurant environment. You will work directly with the owners in this exciting business and have the opportunity to make your mark and progress with the business as it grows.
