Midlands Hospitality Network is finishing the year with someone who has a totally refreshing approach to people and we LOVE it!
Enter, Chantal Wilson, People Director for NQ64 Arcade Bars LTD and self-proclaimed hospitality enthusiast who genuinely gives a sh*t about humans.
Some of you may have heard of Chantal because of her work with Honest Burgers where she was People Director and completely reinvigorated their company handbook and contracts. Whittling the book down to ten short bullet points and then having those printed on the sleeves of the team’s shirts. They also ditched the traditional contracts and legal jargon in favour of a clear agreement between the company and its people. Keeping the language simple. So proud of the work she’d done, quite rightly, Honest published their contracts for everyone to see!
Since leaving Honest she has been enjoying life in the countryside and co-founded some hospitality tech – Youda. Now with NQ64, she is falling in love with the late-night sector of hospitality.
We don’t have enough space on here to tell you everything Chantal has achieved in her incredible career (it’s a lot), so come along to MHN and meet her yourself!
