Tonic is searching for a Chef de Partie to help oversee the back of the house in our client’s fast-paced, fresh-food cafe & restaurant located within a busy visitor attraction. The company is looking for a Chef de Partie who wants to push the standards, drive sales and use their experience to improve all BOH business areas.

What are we looking for from the successful Chef de Partie?

• You will ideally have experience in a quality, fresh-food, fast-paced restaurant; however, if you have only worked in a branded restaurant but have a passion for what you do and understand ‘real’ hospitality, this is for you
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is desirable but not essential
• Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
