Tonic are recruiting a Chef Manager based at one of our client’s workplace restaurants in Nottingham. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day. You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability.

Essential qualities for Chef Manager applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Chef Manager/Head Chef role
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants is desirable
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
