Tonic are searching for a Chef Manager based at one of our client’s contract catering operations in Manchester. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day. You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability.
The start date for this opportunity will be February 2022!

Essential qualities for Chef Manager applicants to be considered:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within restaurants, hotels or gastropubs
- Chef Manager experience within high-end B&I contracts is desirable
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavors, and food design
- A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
