Tonic are recruiting a Chef Manager based at one of our client’s workplace restaurants in Hounslow. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch and light bites throughout the day, plus a busy hospitality schedule. You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and promoting sustainability.

Essential qualities for Chef Manager applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a B&I contract catering
  • A stable and progressive career history
  • Experience within fine dining restaurants is highly desirable
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
