Tonic are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for our client’s B&I contract catering sites in the City of London. You’ll work with a team of 5 chefs, cooking for both retail and hospitality. As Sous Chef you will support both sides of the operation, but experience within fine dining restaurants is desirable and will form a key part of this role.

Essential qualities for Junior Sous Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience within fresh food kitchens
  • A strong knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • Clear stable progression must be shown throughout your CV
  • A Sous Chef who enjoys being a team leader
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
