Tonic are searching for a Junior Sous Chef to join our client’s first class hospitality venue in Manchester. Our client is a market leader in within their space and is therefore looking for the best of the best. 

Desirable qualities in Junior Sous Chef applicants at this level 

  • 3 or more year’s experience in a professional fresh food, high volume kitchen
  • Expert knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
  • Drive, ambition and commitment to your career, candidates who see the long-term opportunity in this business will get there the quickest
  • Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • A minimum of 2 rosette and large volume catering experiences are essential
