Tonic is searching for a Restaurant Manager to help oversee the front of the house in our client’s fast-paced, fresh-food, independent, neighbourhood restaurant. The company is looking for a Restaurant Manager who wants to push the standards, drive sales and use their experience to improve all business areas.

What are we looking for from the successful Restaurant Manager?

  • You will ideally have experience in a quality, fresh food, fast-paced restaurant; however, if you have only worked in a branded restaurant but have passion for what you do and understand ‘real’ hospitality – this is for you
  • Previous experience as a manager is desirable but not essential – you could be a supervisor looking to step up as long as you have experience with writing rotas, stocktake and ordering
  • Your CV must demonstrate loyalty to previous employers
  • Drive, ambition and commitment to your career, candidates must see the long-term opportunity of working in this business
  • A genuine passion for people – your team and your guests
