Tonic are pleased to partner with University College Birmingham on their new commercial restaurants, and are recruiting Waiters and Waitresses for Brock’s in Harborne, Birmingham. Brock’s is a commercial restaurant. It is not a training site and you will not be teaching. The food is small plates built on exceptional fresh produce, served in a relaxed neighbourhood room, which means the service is warm rather than formal but the knowledge behind it still has to be there. You will be trained on the menu properly and given the chance to grow into supervision if you want it. The site trades Wednesday to Sunday, so you get two fixed consecutive days off every week and an early finish on a Sunday.
