You will be instrumental in leading the operation to deliver a memorable guest Experience. You will lead from the front, being a key part of service, and be a leader to the team around you in the absence of the General Manager. 

What we’re looking for in Assistant General Manager candidates…

• A proven track record within quality food-focused hospitality venues
• Gastro pub experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and cellar management
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with great attention to detail
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team to achieve great results
• A true passion for hospitality and the full customer journey
