Tonic are excited to be recruiting for our client’s casual dining restaurant in Birmingham. This bar and restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join their leadership team and operate at the highest level, offering best-in-class food, drink, and service.

What we are looking for in Assistant Manager candidates:

• A proven track record within fresh food restaurants
• Restaurant management experience is essential
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• Ability to train and develop your team to get the best for every employee
• Experience in fine dining would be desirable
