Tonic are recruiting a Head Chef to join our client’s fine dining hotel operation in Berkshire. This restaurant/hotel operation is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients. The ideal Head chef will be friendly, adaptable and have a natural passion for food. This business can support with temporary accommodation if a candidate needs to relocate.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

  • Min 5 years as Sous Chef or higher with experience in 3 rosette kitchens
  • A friendly and professional approach, with a great attitude towards work
  • Knowledge and passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A real team player, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • All-round experience of hotel operations is desirable as banqueting will form part of this role.
