Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit an Assistant Manager for a brand new site opening in Worcester. This is a fast-growing, multi-site pizza-led restaurant group known for scratch-made dough, fast turnaround and a genuine passion for good food, and they’re looking for someone ready to step up into a bigger role. As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to run the floor, lead the front of house team and own the shift when it’s yours. It’s hands-on and fast-paced, but it’s a business that invests properly in its people, and this is a real stepping stone towards Deputy or General Manager for the right person.

What are we looking for from Assistant Manager candidates?

• Management or senior supervisory experience within a hospitality environment
• Strong leadership presence, someone who genuinely motivates a team
• Commercial awareness, comfortable with labour, budgets and P&L basics
• Genuine enthusiasm for food, drink and guest experience
• Resilience, energy and a hands-on approach
• Ambition to progress into a Deputy or General Manager role
