We’re partnering with a relaxed yet professional independent restaurant in Birmingham, known for serving delicious, fresh food in a warm and welcoming setting. They’re now looking for a confident Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the GM and help lead the team and give their guests incredible hospitality.

The Role of the Assistant Restaurant manager will: 

• Support day-to-day restaurant service operations

What skills and experience are we looking for in the successful Assistant Restaurant Manager? 

• Current Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or strong Senior FOH ready to step up
• A natural rapport builder who really “gets” hospitality 
• Calm under pressure and confident 
• Passionate about fresh food and quality hospitality
