Desirable qualities in Chef de Partie applicants at this level will include;

• Drive, ambition, and commitment to your career
• Passion for the industry with a willingness to learn
• An obsession for food, ingredients and cooking
• 1 or more year’s experience in a professional kitchen at Michelin or multi- rosette level
• NVQ or equivalent, level 3 qualification
