What we are looking for in Head Chef candidates:

• A proven track record within first-class restaurants, with a focus on high-quality volume
• Senior Sous or Head Chef experience within a 1 Michelin star restaurant’ is highly desirable
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• Ability to train and develop your team to get the best for every employee
