Tonic are assisting our client’s search for a head chef to lead the brigade at their stunning gastro pub in Rhoscolyn, on the Isle of Anglesey. This business is part of a larger parent company that is financially stable. The business promotes a culture of kindness – they really value their people and look after their team.

Their pub portfolio is very successful and they are looking for a head chef to take the helm of one of their kitchens and drive it forwards. This is a growing business with the financial backing to facilitate their growth, it is an exciting time to join them. 

What are we looking for in the successful Head Chef? 

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen – this could be as sous or head chef 
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
  • A passion for food and cooking that is infectious, inspiring others to improve 
  • Someone who is willing to be flexible and think outside the box to problem solve
