Tonic are recruiting a Head Chef for our client’s B&I contract catering site in the City of London. Working alongside the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 8, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for both Retail and Hospitality. You must be passionate about sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and comfortable catering for large numbers.

Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years of B&I retail experience at Head Chef level
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A real team leader who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
